Mission Statement:

We are seeking a skilled and organized procurement professional to spearhead our supply chain management efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels, ensure timely replenishments, and optimize logistical processes.
  • Update supplier information on product offerings, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Analyze data using MRP and MS Excel to inform strategic decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve issues promptly and minimize delays.
  • Monitor financial transactions, including costs, invoices, and expenses, for transparent accounting.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently to reduce outstanding balances.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers through negotiation, conflict resolution, and regular communication.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Required:

Education:

  • Minimum 16 years of education is required.

Professional Qualifications:

  • A degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Work Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar role is necessary.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
