Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong organizational and time-management skills are also essential, along with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Hiring potential candidates on time for both technical and non-technical positions.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.
  3. Source and attract highly skilled technical candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and events.
  4. Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate assessment, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
  6. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelors or Master's Degree from a recognized university (Degree in HR or Management Sciences preferred).
  2. Preferably 2 years of experience as a technical recruiter in the IT industry.
  3. Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  6. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  7. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
