Job Title: Senior Recruitment Specialist

Salary: PKR 250,000 to PKR 350,000 per month (depending on experience) (+ 30,000 PKR bonus per technical recruitment subject to completion of probation)

Hours: 40hrs, Mon to Fri (10:00AM to 7:00PM)

About the role

As the Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will have impact on attracting and securing top talent to drive the company's growth and ensure its continued success in achieving strategic goals. Therefore, you will be managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building strong candidate pipelines including through skillful headhunting, and ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The desired outcome of this will be a high-performing workforce aligned with the company's vision to innovate, excel, and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans, collaborating with hiring managers to define qualification criteria and staffing needs.
  • Create and publish job ads on various platforms, network with potential hires through social media and events, and represent the company at job fairs.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and interview candidates for a wide range of roles, creating shortlists of the most qualified applicants.
  • Track and report hiring metrics, such as time-to-hire and source of hire, while designing and measuring candidate experience surveys to improve recruitment practices.
  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods, ensuring an effective and standardized recruitment process.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, maintain a database of potential hires, and develop strategies for future staffing needs.

Your ideal experience & competencies:

Ideally you would have a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field with 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

  • You can only excel in this role with proven experience in headhunting and recruiting for senior and technical roles, managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data to optimize recruitment strategies and track key hiring metrics.
  • Experience mentoring and training team members and advising hiring managers on interview techniques and assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present recruitment initiatives.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media professional websites like LinkedIn, and agency connections to enhance recruitment reach and effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and LinkedIn recruiter tools.
  • Knowledge in AI efficiencies available, including practical experience will be an advantage.
