Job Description

Process Optimization and Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing production costs, and improving product yields.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to site operations, including process optimization, cost reduction, and scrap minimization.
  • Focusing on initiatives that improve productivity, quality enhancements, and throughput production capabilities.
  • Solving process issues associated with process equipment and/or product performance.
  • Supporting safety initiatives, programs, and daily requirements.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product development teams during new product communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cost-out initiatives to lower costs without compromising quality.
  • Conduct process and equipment evaluations to develop operating parameters.
  • Develop and maintain a network of reputable vendors/suppliers.
  • Participate in investigation and implementation of corrective action plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical capability, and statistical analysis skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
