PRG is looking for the ideal candidate to join our Rawalpindi Office as a Recruitment Executive to support the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments
  • Assist hiring managers in defining job requirements and selection processes
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment database
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track recruitment metrics and generate hiring reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience, medical billing/healthcare preferred
  • Strong sourcing and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ATS and HR softwares is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines
