Job Title: Amazon Account Specialist

Job Description:

As an Amazon Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing backend tasks for a portfolio of up to 15 accounts on Amazon. This role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to stay on top of marketing trends and implement effective strategies to optimize product listings and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage backend tasks for multiple Amazon accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Strategists to ensure seamless execution and maintain clear and consistent communication with clients via email.
  • Assist in the development and execution of backend strategies to enhance discoverability, analyze key performance metrics, and identify trends to recommend adjustments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience working with Amazon and/or Walmart marketplace management, ideally in a backend or account management capacity.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, online marketplace dynamics, and digital marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools for product research and optimization.
