E-commerce Operational Specialist

Job Summary:

This role involves providing operational support to e-commerce businesses. Key responsibilities include managing commercial invoices, packing lists, and industry-specific documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with commercial invoices and packing lists.
  • Manage digital product inventory in Amazon.
  • Utilize web analytics and optimization tools for improved performance.
  • Provide customer service support.
Requirements:
  • English proficiency at a B2+ to C1 level.
  • Experience with PCP and TBC is an asset.
  • At least one year of experience in managing digital product inventory in Amazon.
  • Proven skills in using web analytics and optimization tools.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with advanced organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Amazon Ads Advanced experience.
