Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to fill this challenging role.

About the Role:

This position involves managing and configuring cloud environments, supporting and maintaining continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools, monitoring and troubleshooting basic infrastructure and application issues, collaborating with developers and QA teams for deployments and releases, maintaining and backing up databases such as MongoDB and MSSQL, writing scripts for automation tasks, documenting processes, and improving infrastructure reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and configure AWS and Azure environments
  • Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools
  • Monitor and troubleshoot basic infrastructure and application issues
  • Collaborate with developers and QA teams for deployments and releases
  • Maintain and back up databases such as MongoDB and MSSQL
  • Write scripts (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) for automation tasks
  • Document processes and improve infrastructure reliability
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure support
  • Basic working knowledge of AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM) and Azure (e.g., VMs, App Services)
  • Familiarity with Jenkins or any CI/CD tools
  • Exposure to MongoDB and MSSQL administration or usage
  • Basic scripting ability (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)
  • Good understanding of Git and version control
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced cloud environment
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
