Job Title: DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure roles and be proficient in Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Collaborate with development teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and observability standards.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems with a focus on reliability and uptime (SLAs, SLOs, SLIs).

  • Manage and fine-tune network configurations, firewalls, DNS, load balancers, and VPCs across environments.

  • Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and postmortems.

  • Ensure security compliance and best practices across the infrastructure stack.

  • Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing across teams.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.

  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration via Kubernetes.

  • Solid understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, NAT, VPN, and security protocols.

  • Strong scripting experience for automation.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

  • Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.

  • Solid understanding of Git and experience with GitOps.

Nice-to-Have / Bonus:

  • Exposure to service meshes, Kubernetes Operators, or GitOps.

  • Experience with zero-downtime deployments and canary/blue-green release strategies.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Analytical thinker with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

  • Willingness to take ownership and drive improvements end-to-end.
