About the Role

This is a challenging position that requires an individual with strong e-commerce knowledge and experience in managing online sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, product research, and optimization of listings across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Optimize and manage accounts on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and Shopify.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with US consumer trends.
  3. Coordinate product sourcing, packaging, and shipping with vendors.
  4. Create high-converting product listings with compelling titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
  5. Develop and execute advertising campaigns to increase visibility and drive sales.
  6. Monitor performance metrics and analyze reports to inform pricing and growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably with Amazon and at least one other platform.
  • Strong knowledge of listing optimization, keyword research, and e-commerce SEO.
  • Experience with advertising tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability and motivation.
Bonus Skills
  • Graphic design or photo editing skills for creative listing designs.
  • Experience managing niche or specialty products.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment models.
