We are hiring a proactive and results-driven Online Sales Officer to handle sales through digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who can generate leads, manage client communications, and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively find and generate leads from online platforms such as Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other B2B platforms.
  • Respond to client inquiries professionally and provide accurate product/service details.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Negotiate and close sales to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to run promotions and campaigns.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in online sales, freelancing platforms, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms such as Fiverr, Freelancer, and LinkedIn is a must.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, or sales tools knowledge is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
