About the Role:
The Office Support Specialist plays a vital part in maintaining the smooth functioning of our office by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, record keeping, and logistics-related duties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office tasks including document processing and filing.
- Maintain visitor and mail registers.
- Provide logistical support during meetings and events.
- Support the team in maintaining records and preparing inventory reports.
- Ensure effective information flow among staff members.
Requirements and Skills:
- Secondary education or diploma preferred.
