**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring employee punctuality by maintaining accurate attendance records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain comprehensive HR records, including compensation, health, and medical insurance information.
  • Process full and final settlements for employees in accordance with company policies.
  • Foster open communication with employees, understanding their motivation levels and concerns.
  • Provide training to new and existing employees, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Process timely salary distributions, bonuses, increments, and other employee benefits.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (16 years of education).
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
