Job Responsibilities
  • Assist HR Manager in all Daily HR matters or where it's necessary.
  • Ensure regular upgradation of personnel files both at field.
  • Update leave, health claims, time sheets, employee cards, and other trackers on a daily basis.
  • Must have a can-do approach and attitude to meet tight deadlines.
  • Assist HR Manager in completion of Hiring & Joining documents for contract purposes.
  • Assist HR Manager to complete payroll & supporting documents.
Job Specification
  • Must have a customer-oriented approach.
  • Provide support & guidance to staff where necessary and required.
  • Perform any other task as and when assigned by the Manager.
