Account Manager

Job Overview:

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

  2. Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of corporate clients' financial situations, needs, and goals.

  3. Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities for existing clients.

  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant banking experience.
  • Solid grasp of AML/CFT, KYC, CDD & TBML frameworks.
  • Strong credit and lending knowledge across corporate/SME/trade segments.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
