Job Role

The Female Quality Control Team Lead will oversee and manage all product testing, inspection, and quality validation processes to ensure every raw material, in-process item, and finished product meets the company's high standards of quality and adheres to food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage QC laboratory operations efficiently.
  • Develop implement and maintain rigorous testing protocols and quality standards.
  • Conduct sensory evaluation chemical and microbiological tests regularly.
  • Investigate quality deviations and non-conformities thoroughly and recommend corrective measures.
  • Prepare detailed QC reports and communicate findings effectively to production and QA teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry or Food Technology is essential.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Quality Control/Food Testing within the food manufacturing sector with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong technical background in food testing chemical analysis and laboratory management.
  • Ability to lead a team drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Candidates with excellent analytical skills problem-solving abilities and experience working with ERP/SAP systems are highly desirable.
