**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Customer Service Specialist to join our team at ibex. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, maintaining accurate records, and following up on customer requests.

**Key Accountabilities**

  • Provide professional responses to customer inquiries via written and verbal means.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up on customer requests and strive for First Contact Resolution (FCR).
  • Elevate unresolved customer complaints or special requests to designated departments.
  • Take ownership of new and different requests and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Intermediate degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Word.
