About the Role: ABSOL Global Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical support and customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of web applications, database management, and excellent communication skills.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting end-users by resolving technical issues related to web applications, using their technical expertise to assess site functionality and identify areas for improvement.
- Support End-User Inquiries: Respond to client issues in a timely manner, using your expertise to troubleshoot web application problems and provide solutions.
- Assess Issue Criticality: Evaluate the severity of each issue and communicate with clients within the agreed-upon time frame to keep them informed.
Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Collaborate with the project management team to confirm issue validity and work with the development team to implement solutions. Use your problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and develop effective resolutions.
- SQL Query Development: Design and execute SQL queries to update site content as required.
- Site Maintenance: Perform daily site maintenance tasks, including updates and modifications to site content.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SQL databases, web application troubleshooting, and database management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
