Web3 Engineering Team Lead Position

This role is responsible for leading a team of engineers to deliver high-quality DeFi Dapp products, ensuring alignment with business and product goals. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of development, from concept to implementation, including architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

About the Role
The ideal candidate has prior team leadership or management experience, excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic. We want someone with experience and passion for web3, cryptocurrency, and NFTs. We would love someone with a deep passion for innovation, strong product management skills, and an impressive track record for working in a fast-paced, evolving, creative-minded environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality DeFi Dapp products.
  • Oversee all phases of development, from concept to implementation.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define product specifications, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance, including code reviews, architecture decisions, and mentoring team members.
  • Balance short-term needs with long-term scalability, performance, and security requirements.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the engineering team.
  • Establish and maintain engineering standards, ensuring the team follows best practices for coding, version control, and documentation.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in software engineering focusing on DeFi Dapp, mobile app, or Web applications.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams to deliver successful products.
  • Strong experience with web3 technologies, blockchain ecosystems, and decentralized applications.
  • Hands-on expertise with programming languages such as Node.JS, TypeScript, or Python and frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or similar.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile-first development practices, third-party integrations, and API usage.
