Lead Auditor
This role involves ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of data collected during background screenings, cross-referencing information from various sources to ensure consistency and reliability.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of background check results, including any discrepancies or issues identified during the quality assurance process.
Main Responsibilities:- Verify the accuracy and authenticity of data collected during background screenings, cross-referencing information from various sources to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Ensure that all background checks adhere to legal and regulatory compliance standards.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and industry regulations impacting background screening processes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
Working as an Assistant Manager Compliance requires a keen eye for detail and excellent analytical skills to identify potential discrepancies or issues during the quality assurance process.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Qualitative and quantitative research and fact-finding skills.
- Email handling and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent written and oral communication.
- Project management and teamwork skills.
- Fresh to 1 year of professional experience in the relevant field.
- Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
