Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of projects that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all stages of project life cycle from inception through monitoring and closing to deliver projects on time.
  • Gather requirements, define scopes, allocate resources, and establish schedules meeting project demands.
  • Attend/Conduct client meetings to determine project requirements.
  • Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to project team members.
  • Effectively communicate project information to stakeholders.
  • Track progress and quality of work performed by internal departments.
  • Use PM tool to monitor project plans, work hours, and schedules.
  • Meet clients' needs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive attitude.
  • Oversaw planning, application development, verification, and risks involved in software projects.
  • Help project teams resolve issues ensuring project deliverables were not impacted.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of core project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Certification in Agile/PMI is a plus.
  • Able to work in Eastern Time Zone.
  • Good listener with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to achieve high results in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience with project documentation, collaboration, and teamwork.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
  • Scrum certification is a plus.
