Design Visionary

The Design Visionary role is responsible for spearheading the creation of intuitive, user-centric applications. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to craft seamless digital experiences that balance aesthetics and functionality.

A key responsibility will be to conceptualize and implement UI/UX design strategies in Figma from wireframes to final design assets.

  • Lead design ideation and strategy in collaboration with developers and product stakeholders
  • Work closely with the product team to create low-fidelity wireframes for rapid discovery and iteration
  • Translate complex concepts into clean, logical, scalable UI/UX flows that developers can implement with confidence
  • Bullet-proof designs through rigorous testing and iteration

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design (SaaS, dashboards, or complex apps)
  • Expertise in Figma: components, auto-layout, variants, design tokens, prototyping
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, user journeys, and accessibility best practices
  • Experience producing both low-fi wireframes and high-fi production-ready designs
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously
