Job Position

We are seeking an experienced Visual Designer to excel at UI/UX design work and create visually engaging designs for websites and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate is passionate about UI/UX, has experience working with developers under deadlines in an agile environment, and is able to generate new design concepts.

You will work closely with our product design manager and have the opportunity to improve overall UI/UX for the best possible user experience.

  • Knowledge of Adobe XD is required for this position.
  • Designers must be proficient at analyzing the UI to understand how our website/app works
  • Able to commit to a 1-year full-time contract

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Figma or Adobe XD for prototype designs
  • Design app pages, features, buttons, layouts, etc.
  • Design website pages, features, buttons, layouts, etc.
  • Develop marketing or promotional material
  • Convert design files into formats suitable for back-end developers
  • Analyze the UI to determine where and how designs can be improved
  • Contribute to the development of the overall UI and UX of websites and our mobile application
  • Propose improvements to software/application user experience
  • Embody innovative and creative thinking
  • Design marketing tools such as email templates, social media posts, banners, etc.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, business, or psychology departments when necessary
  • Work within agile design frameworks with managers and colleagues across departments (e.g., IT, Business, Marketing, Psychology)
