Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads, developing strategies to attract new clients and promote our services, meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborating with our creative and marketing teams to align service offerings with client needs.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation strategies
  • A strong network and/or experience targeting businesses in industries that benefit from design services (startups, tech, e-commerce, etc.)

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to play a key role in expanding our client base and growing our revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition — ideally in a creative, digital, or design-focused agency
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation strategies
  • A strong network and/or experience targeting businesses in industries that benefit from design services (startups, tech, e-commerce, etc.)
