As a Business Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies for lead generation, sales, and other revenue-generating initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, drive sales, and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at our partner companies.
- Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to identify new business opportunities and present findings to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with account managers to manage the RFI/RFP process and vendor registration.
- Facilitate the pre- and post-sales processes by working closely with end customers, production teams, and finance departments to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, successes, and shares to prepare reports on competitiveness and provide insights to management.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on competitive activities and trends.
Essential Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A university degree (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- A basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable Requirements:
While not essential, having the following skills and experience would be beneficial:
- A minimum of one year's relevant business development experience.
- Experience working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
- The ability to consistently achieve and exceed targets through effective planning, analysis, and organizational skills.
