Overview:

Our company is looking for a talented developer with expertise in WordPress customization to join our team. This full-time position involves developing custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to project requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to project requirements.
  • Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and security.
  • Convert designs from Figma or Adobe XD into fully responsive WordPress layouts.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing WordPress websites.
  • Integrate and manage third-party APIs and external services.
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and QA team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in WordPress development.
  • Strong command of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Proficiency in interpreting UI/UX designs from Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Experience with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) and Custom Post Types (CPTs).
  • Understanding of REST APIs, AJAX, and JSON.
  • Familiarity with WooCommerce, Elementor, and WPBakery.
  • Proficiency in using Git or other version control tools.
  • Knowledge of WordPress Codex, best practices for security and performance.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
