
Industrial Lubrication Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professionals to develop and manage sales opportunities in industrial sectors by offering tailored lubrication solutions to clients.
- Conduct site visits and equipment inspections to understand customer requirements, developing a deep understanding of their machinery and operational needs.
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations based on the analysis of machinery and operational conditions, ensuring the delivery of optimal lubrication solutions.
- Build strong relationships with plant engineers, maintenance managers, and procurement departments, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals, aligning with business objectives and client needs.
- Deliver presentations, product demos, and training sessions to industrial clients, effectively communicating the value of lubrication solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from a reputable institution.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in industrial sales, maintenance, or technical service roles.
- Solid understanding of equipment lubrication, condition monitoring, and maintenance practices.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in lubricants, industrial oils, or MRO product sales is highly valued.
- Certification or training in condition monitoring, vibration analysis, or lubrication best practices is an asset.
