Job Title: In-House Counsel Expert

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished In-House Counsel to provide high-level legal advice and support on various matters. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in law and a passion for helping organizations navigate complex legal challenges.

  1. Offer expert legal guidance and support on contracts, compliance, regulations, and risk management.
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as agreements, contracts, policies, and other relevant instruments.
  3. Evaluate company operations to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Represent the organization in legal proceedings and collaborate with external legal counsel as necessary.
  5. Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on pertinent legal developments.
  6. Develop and implement risk assessment and mitigation strategies to protect the organization from potential legal liabilities.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) - Master's degree in Law (LLM) is highly valued.
  • Proven experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle complex legal issues effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of local and international corporate and labor laws, as well as the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
