We are looking for a committed full-time professional to join our team based in Karachi, DHA. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in bidding on Upwork and other freelance platforms, coupled with strong client management skills and excellent command of English writing. This role demands a detail-oriented individual capable of identifying quality projects, tailoring proposals to client needs, and maintaining clear and effective communication to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively bid on Upwork and other freelance platforms to secure projects.

- Identify and select high-quality projects that align with the company's objectives.

- Write and customize proposals to meet the specific requirements of each project.

- Estimate project costs, prepare accurate quotes, and develop comprehensive proposals.

- Communicate with clients through phone calls, chat applications, and Skype when necessary.

- Collect and document client requirements, coordinate with the internal team, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.

- Maintain a very high rating across all platforms by consistently ensuring client satisfaction.

- Build and nurture long-term, positive relationships with clients.

Required Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in bidding on Upwork.

- Excellent English writing skills, with fluency in both spoken and written communication.

- Strong client handling and interpersonal communication abilities.

- Willingness and ability to work night shifts and be physically present at the Karachi Nazimabad office.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

- Experience with additional freelance platforms for project acquisition is an advantage.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000.
