Job Description:

As an IT Consulting Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our footprint by identifying opportunities, fostering client relationships, and delivering customized IT consulting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
  • Identify and target potential clients across industries needing IT consulting services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate and nurture leads through channels like cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events.
Client Onboarding:
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions to meet their goals.
Project Delivery:
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Professional Development:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market changes.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical and business skills.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in IT or consulting.
  3. Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  4. Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of IT services, emerging technologies, and consulting practices.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  6. Results-Driven: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  7. Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
