About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to building innovative, AI-powered fintech solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about developing seamless applications, working with the latest web technologies, and shaping the future of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing and optimizing the frontend – Building dynamic, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using Next.js, React, and JavaScript.
  • Transforming UI/UX designs into code – Converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect HTML & CSS for an exceptional user experience.
  • Integrating APIs & Databases – Implementing and optimizing RESTful APIs and working with Firebase, authentication systems, and MongoDB to handle user data efficiently.
  • Enhancing backend capabilities – Working with Node.js to improve application functionality, ensuring smooth API communication, and enhancing overall system performance.
  • Collaborating & Innovating – Working closely with product designers, engineers, and stakeholders to continuously improve the platform.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Proficiency in Next.js, React, and JavaScript – You have hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance web applications.
  • Strong HTML & CSS Skills – You can transform Figma designs into clean, maintainable front-end code.
  • API Implementation Experience – You understand how to consume and integrate APIs seamlessly into applications.
  • Firebase & Database Knowledge – You're comfortable working with Firebase authentication and MongoDB for data management.
  • Node.js Experience (Bonus) – Familiarity with backend development in Node.js is a strong plus.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset – You enjoy tackling complex technical challenges and optimizing performance.
  • Self-Starter & Team Player – You can work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
