Job Description

This role will lead a team to provide strategic direction and leadership, managing end-to-end agent business relationships, service experience, and in-market activities.

A dynamic leader with deep knowledge of the market is required to achieve new student enrolment objectives for the management of agents across all products while creating high-value collaborations with partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performance team in a global matrix environment.
  • Develop and execute sales account plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and partners.
  • Collaborate with product sales and marketing to understand and identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Manage partner networks to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify partner growth opportunities and risk profiles.
  • Provide high-quality product and process training to agents.
  • Assist in developing and launching new recruitment initiatives, products, or regional strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activity to enhance market awareness and analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to support student conversion and pre-arrival success.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report regularly to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Education industry experience is essential.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment teams and delivering against enrolment targets.
  • B2B, Channel Sales, or Partner Agent experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
