We are currently seeking a seasoned Gorgias Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the Position

This is a challenging and rewarding role offering the opportunity to work with a talented global team in a fast-paced E-Commerce environment.

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Flexible working hours: 6AM - 3PM PST (Monday to Friday) with 1-hour unpaid break

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level technical support via Gorgias CRM (email, chat, and troubleshooting)
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate CRMs like Gorgias with ease
