Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide second and third-line technical support for .NET and Angular-based applications. They will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing mission-critical applications in a 24/7 rotational shift remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve application incidents ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve root causes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform bug fixes and implement minor enhancements in .NET and Angular applications.
  • Maintain and update existing codebases and documentation ensuring adherence to coding standards.
  • Collaborate on system upgrades and deployments with the wider teams.
  • Monitor application performance and system health within the Azure Environments ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Generate incident and resolution reports for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with other support engineers developers and stakeholders during critical incidents.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to document solutions and best practices.
  • Act as an escalation point for critical application issues during assigned shifts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Demonstrable experience: As a Support Engineer in .NET Core C# and Angular.

Key Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs JSON and web services.
  • Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases ability to write and optimize queries.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Good understanding of the Azure Cloud Platform.
  • Solid understanding of software development principles design patterns and best practices.
