We are seeking a skilled and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of an authentic Arabic restaurant. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Arabic cuisine, culture, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Manage a team of staff members to ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in Arabic or Middle Eastern cuisine.
  2. Strong understanding of Arabic culture and hospitality principles.
  3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  5. Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting.
  6. Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
