Sales and Operations Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced sales and operations leader to drive performance management across our digital energy sales teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing and executing country and functional market strategies, monitoring performance against goals, and adapting our go-to-market industry and digital energy strategy.
- Lead the development and growth of key relationships with customers.
- Manage team skills evolution to match business needs and secure quality in customer service execution.
- Develop talents to build a high-performing team with clear goals and associated KPIs for each direct report.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 10-12 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues effectively.
