We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of our new office in Pakistan.

This individual will oversee daily operations, ensure a productive work environment, and lead HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in office management and HR roles, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage day-to-day office operations
  • Oversee office logistics, including procurement and facility management
  • Implement office policies and procedures
  • Serve as point of contact for office-related issues
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities

Human Resources:

  • Lead recruitment process for Pakistan office
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new hires
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Collaborate with leadership to define office goals and KPIs
  • Foster positive office culture that reflects company's mission and values
  • Act as liaison between Pakistan office and global headquarters

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Proven experience in office management and HR roles
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and managing employee relations
  • Proficient in office management tools, HR systems, and collaboration platforms
