
HR Manager for Office Operations

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of our new office in Pakistan.
This individual will oversee daily operations, ensure a productive work environment, and lead HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in office management and HR roles, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage day-to-day office operations
- Oversee office logistics, including procurement and facility management
- Implement office policies and procedures
- Serve as point of contact for office-related issues
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities
Human Resources:
- Lead recruitment process for Pakistan office
- Oversee onboarding processes for new hires
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Collaborate with leadership to define office goals and KPIs
- Foster positive office culture that reflects company's mission and values
- Act as liaison between Pakistan office and global headquarters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Proven experience in office management and HR roles
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and managing employee relations
- Proficient in office management tools, HR systems, and collaboration platforms
