
Office Manager with HR Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with HR expertise to lead the launch and daily operations of our new office in Pakistan.
This individual will oversee daily operations, ensure a productive work environment, and lead HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in office management and HR roles, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to manage office operations and HR functions simultaneously.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up and managing day-to-day operations of the new office
- Overseeing office logistics, procurement, facility management, and vendor relationships
- Implementing office policies and procedures to maintain a safe and collaborative environment
- Serving as the point of contact for any office-related issues
- Celebrating company success stories through office events and meetings
Responsibilities also include leading the recruitment process, overseeing onboarding processes, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, developing and implementing HR policies, and maintaining accurate employee records.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required. Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in office management tools and HR systems, and proactive problem-solving mindset are essential for this role.
