Job Description:

Project Coordinator for Software Development

We are seeking an experienced professional to ensure the active participation of cross-functional stakeholders in advancing project objectives. This role involves coordinating ongoing and upcoming software development projects, monitoring project plans, scheduling work hours, organizing stakeholder meetings, and ensuring timely project completion.

Daily Operations:

  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with the process engineering team to develop and maintain comprehensive project engineering documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and communicate project status to all relevant parties.
  • Monitor and maintain project plans, sprints, project schedules, and work hours using designated software.

Cross-Functional Partnerships:

  • Establish partnerships as necessary to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering; a Master's degree in Project Management is highly valued.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in software development or IT industry.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and responsibility, with the ability to take on tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience in program management and team leadership.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
