We are seeking an accomplished Professional to lead our Supply Chain Plant team in Faisalabad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating various processes under your responsibility.

  • Lead the development and training of QA personnel, assessing areas for improvement and providing support to ensure operations run smoothly.
  • Supervise the execution of production according to GMP and Food Safety Management Systems requirements, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Plan resources, including equipment, materials, and employee allocation, to meet production needs and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Implement performance management systems, identify development needs, provide feedback and guidance, and ensure occupational health and safety rules are adhered to.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up complaints and initiating corrective actions as necessary.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
