Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Expansion Professional to join our team. As a key member of the business, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
This is a critical role that will directly contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase their usage of our services.
- New Client Acquisition: Research and identify potential new clients, approaching them with tailored solutions to meet their staffing needs.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by sourcing new leads and converting them into long-term clients.
- Market Research: Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Extensive experience in business development, with a successful track record of generating revenue and increasing client databases.
- Results-Driven: A clear demonstration of how you have previously increased business revenue and brought in new clients.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles and ability to drive business growth through strategic decision-making.
