Product Director - Transaction Banking

We are seeking a Product Director to lead our Transaction Banking product in Pakistan.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and drive the development of our cash management solutions.

About the Role
  • Develop innovative cash management solutions that meet the needs of corporate clients.
  • Lead the consulting and discovery analysis of client needs in Pakistan, both met and unmet.
  • Commercialize product capabilities by developing product launch, commercialization plans, targets, and ensuring infrastructure requirements are resourced.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in transaction banking and product management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing bespoke complex client or industry solutions by way of innovation, digitization, or regulatory engagement.
  2. Providing leadership in creating inclusive work environments and developing teams.
  3. Defining pricing guidelines and processes for products.

In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, the successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Drive the cash product vision and strategy within Pakistan.
  • Articulate the business value of the product suite for our clients and stakeholders.

The Product Director will also be responsible for:

  • Leading consulting and discovery analysis of client needs in Pakistan.
  • Competitive benchmarking and performing loss/win analysis to understand and highlight product gaps on an ongoing basis.
