Huawei is seeking a highly experienced
Sales Director (Banking Sector)
to lead direct sales and strategic relationships within the
telecom operator industry
. This role involves
building and managing CXO-level relationships
, driving
high-value enterprise solutions
, and managing
complex multi-million-dollar projects
with large operator accounts.

As Sales Director, you'll be responsible for
strategic account planning, project leadership, and business growth
, while mentoring client managers and aligning cross-functional teams to meet ambitious revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute
    strategic client relationship plans
    for telecom operator accounts.
  • Build strong
    CXO-level relationships
    and act as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers.
  • Lead
    end-to-end sales operations
    including business development, deal structuring, negotiations, and closure.
  • Drive
    customer strategic insights
    , identifying alignment opportunities, solving operational pain points, and enabling digital transformation initiatives.
  • Serve as
    Project Director
    for high-value B-level and above projects, ensuring successful delivery and business outcomes.
  • Manage complex transaction models, dispute resolution, risk mitigation, and revenue recognition.
  • Understand client processes including
    budgeting, procurement, and project delivery workflows
    to align Huawei solutions seamlessly.
  • Mentor client managers and support
    talent pipeline development
    within the sales organization.
  • Ensure
    internal control compliance
    and maintain the highest standards of governance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
    in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years
    of experience in
    enterprise telecom sales
    with at least
    5+ years in direct operator sales
    .
  • Proven track record managing
    strategic accounts
    like PTCL, Ufone, Jazz, or similar telecom operators.
  • Experience leading
    complex multi-million-dollar ICT projects
    in the telecom sector.
  • Strong expertise in
    enterprise solution selling
    and
    cross-functional project management
    .
  • Familiarity with
    operator procurement processes
    and
    business transformation frameworks
    .
  • Exceptional
    negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
    .
  • Previous
    team leadership and mentoring experience
    is highly preferred.
