Job Description:

Our client, a not-for-profit medical centre in Karachi that provides round-the-clock emergency and diagnostic services along with a wide range of specialized medical services
seeks an experienced professional to lead business development initiatives, driving growth and expansion in alignment with the hospital's mission to serve the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase patient turnover in OPD and surgical services.

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

  • Integrate new consultants into the hospital.

  • Strengthen relationships with insurance panels.

  • Increase revenue from CT scans, ultrasounds, and lab tests.

  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with medical staff and stakeholders for hospital growth.

  • Support welfare and corporate panel expansion.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 15 years.

Education: Graduation (preferably Masters).
