Job Title: Alumni Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Alumni Relations Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and updating our alumni database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of alumni records.

The ideal candidate will have experience in data management, analytical reporting, and data analysis. Strong knowledge of MS Excel is required, as well as proficiency in computer use. Ability to collect and verify data from various sources, including LinkedIn and direct communication with alumni, is essential.

This role involves generating regular reports on the status of the alumni database, providing insights on alumni demographics, employment trends, and location data to support strategic initiatives. The coordinator will also assist in preparing targeted communication campaigns by providing accurate alumni data.

Punctuality towards deadlines and strong work ethic are mandatory qualities for this position. A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred, along with 0-1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update the alumni database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify and update alumni information, including contact details, employment history, locations, and LinkedIn profiles.
  • Collect updated information from LinkedIn and direct communication with alumni.
  • Generate regular reports on the status of the alumni database.
  • Provide insights on alumni demographics, employment trends, and location data to support strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing targeted communication campaigns by providing accurate alumni data.
