About the Role

  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Development of Customized Strategies: Create customer-centric solutions, including prospect presentations and RFP responses, aligned with clients' business objectives.
  • Client Engagement and Change Management: Guide clients through change management during telematics solution implementation, providing support and strategies for seamless adoption.
  • Enhancement of Sales Processes: Contribute to sales process improvement, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Sales Resources: Maintain and update sales collateral and resources in collaboration with the Post Sales Operations team.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor sales initiatives, identify areas for enhancement, and provide recommendations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years in Professional Services, SaaS solutions, or similar fields, with a focus on customer engagement and solution development.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand technical solutions and present complex concepts clearly.
  • Customer Focus: Strong relationships with clients, particularly during technology implementation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Thinking: Analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
