Job Title:

Client Success Professional

 

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and management teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, feedbacks, meetings, and emergencies in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Support daily administrative and operational activities related to client service, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive client reports, including progress updates, performance metrics, and feedback analysis.
  • Maintain detailed customer and statistical records, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for enhancement.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, prioritizing their satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and effective issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure services meet client expectations, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Report regularly to senior management on client insights, feedback, and suggestions for improvement, providing actionable recommendations for growth and development.

 

Requirements

 

  • 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or customer success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with CRM and digital marketing tools is desirable.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and present actionable feedback effectively.

 

Working Hours

 

  • Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (onsite, includes a 1-hour break).
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (work from home, includes a 30-minute break).

 

Location

 

Onsite - Karachi (Gulshan-e-Iqbal).
