We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing business, and maintaining healthy relationships with clients.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills to draft proposals/quotations.
  • Experience in online bidding and selling services.
  • A positive attitude and goal-oriented direction.
  • Manage company profiles on online forums and maintain ratings.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with clients.
  • Able to work under monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to communicate with international clients (mainly US and European).
  • Generate leads through Upwork.
  • New business acquisition, handling the complete sales life cycle.
  • Develop and sustain effective business relationships with clients to leverage and set up effective commercial deals.
  • Responsible for lead qualification, proposal drafting, final selection, due diligence, and closing.
  • Market research for selling IT services and solutions in different domains.
  • Send email campaigns/newsletters and sales & marketing collateral.
  • Assist in proposals and presentation preparation.
  • Follow-ups.
