About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced account director to lead our account management efforts, ensuring optimal performance and growth.
- Promote incremental orders and retention through exceptional service delivery.
- Dive deep into vendor relationships to identify opportunities for improvement and implement new initiatives.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with key accounts and foster a culture of excellence.
- Monitor logistics performance daily/weekly to minimize issues and optimize efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to reduce issue rates and enhance customer experience.
- Support internal stakeholders by facilitating communication, resolving urgent issues, and deploying processes and tools.
- Drive change and innovation within the organization, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and growth.
- Maintain visibility across teams, report progress to management, and perform additional tasks as needed.
What You Need to Be Successful
- 1.5+ years of account directorship experience with a proven track record of success.
- Negotiation and communication skills to build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Presentation and business review skills to drive results and inform strategy.
- Knowledge of food and operational costings to make informed decisions.
