Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to communicate with clients across multiple Instagram accounts and source influencers daily according to our specific criteria.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct Messaging and Communication: Handle direct messaging and communication with clients on several Instagram profiles.
  • Influencer Identification and Outreach: Identify, research, and reach out to potential influencers every day.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of communications and outreach activities.
  • Consistency and Professionalism: Follow provided guidelines and scripts to ensure consistency and professionalism.
  • Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with the team to share feedback and improve processes.
  • Requirements:
  • Basic Understanding of Instagram: Basic understanding of Instagram (training will be provided).
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Independence and Motivation: Self-motivated and comfortable working independently during night hours.
  • Work Schedule:
  • Night Shift: Night shift: 9 PM to 5 AM (Pakistan Standard Time).
  • Frequency: 5 days a week.
